The real question is: what do YOU think of you? Because when you have clarity in who you are and LOVING who that is deep down -- you won't give a shit anymore about what they think. (#pinkypromise)

This is where my tough love chimes in. The truth is -- you're already failing each day that goes by when you allow yourself to be held back in becoming your best damn self. Failing to accept the love, self-confidence, success + clarity that you deserve.

This is what I heard my entire life. I was always a very animated person. When I got excited about something, I expressed it. When I was upset about something, I expressed it. No matter what end of the spectrum of emotions I felt -- I was toooooo much. Too hyper. Too happy. Too mad. Too dramatic. Too sensitive.
So I decided it was easier to shut down + shut up. Keep all the feelings on the inside.
I lived many years of my teenage/early adult years as an agreeable, like-able and "go with the flow" kind of person.
What this created was a ton of insecurity. I felt like my ideas, thoughts, opinions and feelings weren't good enough to be expressed. So why bother to say (or even feel) anything? Then one day, at the age of 23yr -- it all came to a head. All those suppressed feelings decided to show up and show OUT. I then became a mouthy, opinionated, (non)-empathic and wayyy too tough of a person.
I am now 30 yrs old and the last handful of years have been finding the balance of loving myself, expressing myself, being empathic to others, finding the true meaning of freedom (mentally, emotionally + financially), healing + loving others. I'm not going to sit here and tell you that I'm perfect at this balanced mindset (who is?!?!). But I *will* tell you I have gotten a pretty dang good grip on it.
I am confident when to speak up. When to shut up. When to stand my ground. When to forgive and let something go. When to take a risk. When to set boundaries. The list goes on.
It's just SO nice to feel in control of where my mind is at. Even when it slips, I have the tools now how to bring it back to a place of peace + confidence.
And that's why I created this course.
